When will my order be shipped?

Unlike most other companies, we ship your order nearly instantly (even when your order qualifies for free shipping)!! 100% of our merchandise that is listed as IN STOCK, really is in stock. And, we ship the same day on all orders that reach us before 4 PM Central Standard Time (CST) Monday through Friday. (Except on US Holidays).

Otherwise, your order will usually ship within the next 24 business hours. If you order over the weekend, your order will ship on the very next business day, which is usually Monday.

How will I know my order is shipped?

We will send you an order notification by email (if you have provided us with an email address) within 24 business hours of when you transmitted your order. It will let you know that your order has been shipped, how it has been shipped, and when to expect delivery.

If you order on the weekend, you should expect to receive an email from us by 7 PM CST on Monday regarding your order.

How do I know the product is really in stock?

Because we update our inventory in real time, throughout the business day, you can be sure of the availability of an item. No more clicking and ordering just to find out that you can’t get the product you want, or that you can’t get it right away.

If your product is stated as in stock, it is here in one or our two warehouses and we will send it to you today (if you order before 5 PM CST M-F), or within 24 business hours.

Most orders cost you nothing to ship, since 98% of our merchandise qualifies for FAST FREE SHIPPING (see details above). Usually, we ship by USPS Priority Mail, which gives you the best value, reliability and speed of delivery. Just 2 to 3 business days after the ship date you should receive your order for a low minimum shipping cost of $5.95. Priority Mail also allows shipment to post office boxes, rural areas, military bases worldwide, Alaska, Hawaii, and US possessions. Many customers purchase 2 or 3 items for this same low rate, as they can be shipped together. We do NOT add a per item charge.

If you would like to have us ship at a lower cost, we are happy to accommodate you, however, keep in mind that your package will arrive much later. Please just type “ECONOMY SHIPPING” in the special instructions in the order COMMENTS section. Your order will still show the Priority Mail rate, but our shipping staff will lower your cost when the order is processed and BEFORE your credit card is billed. Our minimum economy shipping rate is usually $3.95 and will generally be sent by First Class Mail if small and light-weight (one CD or audiocassette for example) which will arrive in 4 to 7 business days. Heavier items are sent by Media Mail rates and will not arrive for 7 to 21 business days.

We recommend Priority Mail unless budget is a serious consideration.

All US orders that don't qualify for free shipping are sent at the greater of the Minimum rate ($5.95 Priority or $3.95 if Economy is requested) or 10% of the total retail merchandise order amount.

Generally, we ship to all non-Global Priority nations of the free world by United States Airmail to arrive in 7 to 10 business days for a minimum shipping cost of $19.95 USD, for orders that don't already qualify for free shipping. Heavier items are sent by Parcel Post, and sometimes must be sent by registered mail.

All orders to all other Worldwide destinations, that don't qualify for free shipping, but exceed the minimum shipping weight sent at 30% of the total retail merchandise order amount to Global Priority Countries and 50% of the total retail merchandise order amount to non-Global Priority Countries. I need my order really, really, FAST. What are my options?

You’re in luck, because we have specially negotiated rates with US and International Carriers and we can rush or even overnight a package to you (overnight is US only, however, we have 1 to 3 day delivery by FedEx Worldwide).

Overnight shipping begins at the low rate of just $11.95 in the US. If you order before 5 PM Monday through Thursday, you can have your order tomorrow, by typing “SHIP OVERNIGHT” in the comments section of your order.
